Dr. Charis Pang

Dr. Charis Pang is the driving force behind Iki Dental Studio, bringing with her over a decade of dedicated experience and a reputation for compassionate, patient-centered care.

Graduating with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery in 2011, she went on to earn her Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS RCS Ed) in 2014. From 2014 to 2017, she honed her skills in Paediatric Dentistry at the Dental Paediatric Hospitals of Sabah and Kuala Lumpur, where she developed a deep expertise in managing the unique dental needs of children, including those with special requirements.

Further advancing her training, Dr. Charis completed a 2-Year Residency Program in Orthodontics in Taiwan under the mentorship of Dr. Chris Chang, a globally recognized leader in orthodontics. This advanced training deepened her mastery of modern orthodontic techniques, enabling her to provide patients with highly customized, effective treatment solutions.

Her journey has also been marked by leadership and innovation. From 2018 to 2024, she helped establish and grow the first Japanese dental clinic in Malaysia, serving as a bridge between the Japanese Expatriates and Dental Care in Malaysia. Since becoming an Invisalign Certified Provider in 2019 and achieving the Invisalign Platinum Award in 2023, she has guided countless patients on their Invisalign journey to healthier, straighter smiles.

With a special passion for paediatric dentistry and orthodontics, Dr. Charis is known for her gentle touch and ability to put even the most anxious children at ease. She integrates advanced treatment modalities such as Myofunctional Therapy (MFT), Myobrace, Invisalign, and custom-designed orthodontic appliances for children, ensuring comprehensive care that supports not only healthy teeth, but also proper jaw growth, airway development, and long-term wellness.
